Finally a day to relax...or is it - May 6

Just because we are home doesn't mean we necessarily can relax. We have gone over a few things and decided on what needs to be done first. And that is fencing.

Doyle has a list of what fencing materials we need and will be going shopping tomorrow to get it all. We are hoping to have the pens finished by the end of the weekend so that Dolly can come in. We are also expecting our first outside mare to be here in just over a week. She was due to foal on Monday but is holding on. Lady wants to breed on foal heat so soon.

We also went through the house trying to decide what to work on and the concensus was the office needs to be finished and the main bathroom (which was started over 3 years ago. I think it needs to be re-painted and then the tub surround needs to be bought and put in and then we are done in there.

We have also decided NOT to start on the basement or kitchen this year. One of them will be a 2010 renovation.
