Doyle and I hit the Western Horse Sale at theSupreme on Friday night with Jason and Chrissy. I wanted to see certain horses to see what they went for. Jason was just looking.
Apparently he found something he really liked as he bought a 2year old gelding. Canadian Supreme nominated. He is also related to Gunner in that his maternal Grandsire is High Brow Hickory. He will have to be careful when grabbing the horses for workouts as this little colt is almost identical to Gunner. He has a small snip and one white foot.

The mare that I liked the most went for $4K – which wasn’t too bad. Wish I would have had the funds…she was really pretty…broke…and bred really nice.

Hi there! Was looking for some info on a mare that I found for sale and came across this post...she is the gray you liked out of Smart Little Pistol. Anyways, you said you saw her being ridden through the sale and that she looked pretty broke?

Yah. I liked her. If I had funds, I would be interested in her for sure. But alas, with the recession and getting laid off in September and still not finding work, my purchasing funds are non-existant.
Needing to sell a couple horses of my own.
