We received, after a lot of phone calls, a long letter written and faxed, some restitution on our horrible luggage dilemna from United Airlines.
They sent us $200 travel vouchers. One for each of us.

That's restitution? HMPH! 200 dollar vouchers seems like a small pitance to pay for the inconviences you guys had to go through. I ask for at least 2 round trip tickets anywhere you wish - first class! That's what they SHOULD have sent you.
