Gunner is enjoying his quiet life in the pasture now. Not pacing near as much. Still runs up to the fence to check on everyone that he can see but there aren't any long hours of pacing. He is still standoffish...he walked right past me today in the pasture...close enough for me to touch...but didn't stop for petting or anything. Makes me sad that he is like that as I do love my friendly, people loving horses.
