More stupid weather - April 29 - 30

It was absolutely beautiful here the last two days...temps hovering around +20C. It is now cooling off really fast...raining.

Forecast is for up to 2 1/2 inches of snow by morning...GOOD GOLLY. Obviously mother nature isn't looking at the same calendar as me that says it is almost MAY!!!

Well, morning arrived - no snow and hardly any rain. driveway is soft all the way to the barn so we did get some moisture...just not as much as predicted.

the grass though really liked it and you can see a little touch of green here and there...but we are probably 2 weeks away from not having to feed unless things drastically change weather wise.

Good thing I bought 6 extra round last year because we sure needed it. And now that we are out...and no good grass in sight yet...we are off to find a few more bales.
